*Shipping time is estimated from the date the product ships, not the day it is ordered. Most orders ship the with 7-10 business day. Our shipping center is now only allowed to ship Tuesday-Wednesday & Saturdays due to COVID-19 ISSUES. All orders placed on Friday will ship the following week.


There is no charge to exchange items for a different size, however all exchanges are based on stock availability. Shipping is also free on the replacement item, but if you are based outside the US you will need to pay taxes and duties on this.

Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. Refunds are not permitted.

Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 5 days. Exchanges outside these time-frames may be accepted at the discretion of The ALDC Store.

Faulty goods

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be replaced. Please contact us at

Custom, Duties &Taxes

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can’t predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. If custom charges are not paid and item is returned we will refund you cost of the items but NOT shipping cost.
